When Bo Reynolds was less than two years old, he crawled inside a guitar case & fell asleep among the scents of rosewood and creative inspiration. He's been a musician ever since.

As a kid growing up in AZ, Bo played the gritty tunes of Charley Pride, Merle Haggard & Johnny Cash. He later drifted towards listening to the songs of Willie Nelson, Guy Clark & Townes Van Zandt.   Bo was inspired to mix a bit of Mex with his Tex not knowing that he would soon be living in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Performing his songs in a club where many expatriots from Texas would come to hear Bo play weekly, they all told him he sounded like a Texan, born and bred. Though he'd never been to Texas, he got there as fast as he could, as they say, and the "Live Musical Capital of the World," Austin became his new home.

Entrenched in Austin's music scene, Bo released his first CD, OUT OF TEXAS, which was awarded 4 & 1/2 stars by Texas Music Roundup. Bo played all of the well-known singer songwriter venues such as Threadgill's, the Cactus Cafe, the AustinCapital 10k for over 16,000 runners for 4 consecutive years, The Austin Fine Arts Festival & the famous Texas Picnic at the Governors Mansion. Bo has been featured on the widely acclaimed KUT's Folkways Radio Show and the #1 station in Austin, KGSR as well as being featured a number of times in Texas Music Magazine. Bo played 3- 5 nights a week regularly over the 8 years he lived in Austin.

Looking for new inspiration & experiences to write about, Bo packed up his 1945 Martin guitar and moved to Central Oregon in 2005. Since moving to Oregon, Bo has been written up in Bend Bulletin's Go Magazine, The Source & featured on Bend's KLRR.  Bo Reynolds' songs are definitely Americana flavored with several that could have been taken right off the ŒO Brother Where Art Thou soundtrack (The Source Weekly). "clear concise vocal stylings and a falsetto could make Justin Timberlake cry..." says The Source.

Bo performs regularly at many of the music venues in Bend, Redmond & Sunriver including the Sunriver Music on the Greens, Concert for the Canyon, The Four Peaks Festival, The Deschutes County Fair and most recently Bo was asked to play the SISTER'S FOLK FESTIVAL. Bo performs as a solo artist as well as heading up the well-known local band, Little Fish.

Bo Reynolds'  CD, CASCADE DEVILLE, celebrates Oregon and the Pacific Northwest's unique culture of small coastal towns, urban life and the mountain range for which the CD is named, all flavored with Bo 's unique Americana style.

Bo Reynolds is a performing singer-songwriter, guitarist and ukulele player.  After having lived and performed in Central Oregon and before that, Austin Texas, Bo is now in South Florida with a new CD entitled, “Ukulele Beach”.  This album of original songs written with the ukulele will make you want to gas up the old VW bus, grab your ice cooler and flip-flops and head down Highway A1A to the beaches.  Cowabunga!
